Hello! Im a therapeutic counsellor specialising in Domestic Abuse, Trauma, Anxiety, Panic Disorder and general issues.
About me and my practice
I am based in Dorset and work with clients online, on the phone and face-to-face. I work in a psychodynamic way drawing on different modalities including relational, humanistic, and intercultural models. Part of my work includes providing a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore and manage issues, identifying triggers and learning the tools that enable change. I support clients to get back to / to find their true authentic selves.
Experience
I qualified as a therapeutic counsellor with over 14 years experience. I have a small private practice as well as working for a small London based charity and a college.

Initial Consultation
I do a free initial consultation for between 20-30 minutes.
Fees
My fee is £50 per session.
When I Work
I work between Monday and Thursday and do day and evening sessions.
